Handcrafted wooden hair barrette in Cocobolo Rosewood.
Size: Medium approx. 3" size of clip: 70mm / 2 3/4" Good barrette to pull back a section of normal thickness hair or all of fine hair.
Cocobolo Rosewood- (Central & South America) Variegated purple to red mixed with brown and black markings. Each wood barrette is individually handmade and may have some slight variations in appearance.
I've been making wood hair barrettes for over 20 years. My barrettes are all made from SOLID wood.
**Never a thin layer of veneer over a cheaper base wood**
They are screwed not glued to the made in France clips for a strong, durable, mess free joint.
I individually handcraft all my hair barrettes using only premium materials - the highest quality made in France hair clips (much stronger and more durable than the cheaper flimsy counterparts) and the finest rare exotic and figured domestic hardwoods in the world! With a wide range of available sizes, there are wooden hair clips and wood barrettes here to fit the needs of all hair types. For children's hair or fine hair, for holding back only section of your hair, or for lots and lots of extra-thick hair, there's sure to be a barrette and hair clip style here for everyone!
