All of our products are handmade and ship from our studio in Harbor Springs, Michigan, USA 

Orders of $35 and above within the US ship free via USPS Ground advantage
Unless otherwise noted our usual processing times are as follows.

Please note peak order volume times like the Holidays (November, December, Feb, May etc) may add to processing times. 

Jewelry: 2-4 business days
Barrettes / Hair Clips: 7-10 business days
Hair Sticks: 7-10 business days
Processing times and transit time estimates from carriers do *not* include weekends or major holidays.

Please email with any questions *prior* to placing your order if it is time sensitive.

Estimated transit times for US based customers are as follows. These are *estimations* only. The ONLY guaranteed delivery service is UPS overnight (barring any weather related delays).

USPS Ground Advantage (replaced USPS 1st Class): 3-6 business days
USPS Priority shipping: 2-4 days business days
USPS Priority Express: 2-3 business days

UPS ground: 5-7 business days
UPS 3day: 3-4 business days
UPS 2nd day: 2-3 business days
UPS overnight: 1-2 business days


International:

We welcome international orders but please note that international shipments with standard shipping can take a LONG time to arrive! Most arrive within 2 - 4 weeks, but can take as long as two months (or longer during the holidays and with Covid delays). Customers are responsible for paying any customs or duty fees. These are not included in shipping cost, and vary by country.

If you are not in the U.S. please inform yourself of your specific country's policies prior to purchasing. Actual value of purchases will be declared. Tracking & insurance may not be available in all countries, I cannot be responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed international packages. No refunds will be given for delayed deliveries. If you are buying outside of the US and want your items to have a faster shipping speed and be trackable PLEASE choose the UPS upgrade to worldwide expediated.

Products of some wood types (cocobolo and some other rosewoods, bubinga, ebony, satinwood, mahogany for example) cannot be shipped internationally due to Cites regulations. For more information please contact us.
