Refund Policy:
Each hair accessory and piece of jewelry is skillfully handcrafted and carefully inspected before shipment. Please contact us within 2 days of package delivery if there is a problem with your order.
Unworn hair accessories and jewelry may be returned for exchange or refund less original shipping charges.
You may return most Blue Heron Jewelry and Hair Accessories (in their original, unused condition) in their original packaging. Your return package must be postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date. The cost of return shipping is not included. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Orders that originally qualified for free shipping are subject to application of standard shipping fees upon full or partial returns. Worn hair accessories, jewelry, sale items, special orders, and custom made designs may not be returned.
How to return the products
Returned or exchange items must be carefully packed in a sturdy box or well padded envelope and must arrive in their original packaging (bag, gift box) in new condition within 21 days of confirmed date received. Returned items must be in new condition (no scratches or blemishes and no broken, missing or exchanged stones or metals).
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit and will not process any returned items sent in flat mailing envelopes. After 30 days from receipt of purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
Please to the address below. We cannot refund or exchange merchandise that is not received or arrives damaged, so we recommend that you insure your package (postage and insurance fees are non-refundable). All returns should be mailed to:

An item arrived damaged. What do I do?
If an item was damaged in transit, please email emily@blueheronhairjewelry.com within 2 business days of the delivery date. Please save all the original packaging from the order and the original contents: these may be inspected by the shipping carrier. Please do not ship damaged items back to us without prior approval. Damaged shipments and items require proof with photos.
If damage occurs to a piece as a result of our own manufacturing error, we will be happy to replace, repair or exchange it free of charge. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for damage incurred do to normal wear and tear or product abuse.
We make every effort to describe and accurately photograph all items. However, due to variations in computers, monitors and settings, we cannot guarantee that the colors viewed on screen will be the exact colors of the items you will receive.
Persons who buy or use products from Blue Heron Jewelry agree to indemnify (not hold responsible) Blue Heron Jewelry of any responsibility for damages or injuries which may occur from the use of those products.
