Handcrafted SMALL wood barrette handcrafted in Chechen
Small approx. 2 1/2" size of clip: 50mm / 2" This is a good barrette for use in fine hair, children's hair, or to pull back a section of fine hair.
Chechen - (Metopium brownie - Mexico) Chechen is also known as black poisonwood or Caribbean rosewood. Colors range from brown, pink, red, golden, and black all embedded with a shimmering iridescence.

They are screwed not glued to the made in France clips for a strong, durable, mess free joint.

Barrette clips vary quite a bit in quality. I use only the highest quality French Barrette Clips on all my barrettes. They have proven themselves over time to be the best available.
