Pyinma Burl - (Southeast Asia) Pyinma is a beautiful, highly figured exotic hardwood that can have deep penetrating curl. Originating from S.E. Asia, it is also called Asian Satinwood on the US market. This species produces some of the deepest 3-Dimensional curl in the World. Burls are rare in this species, but when obtained, yield tight and exceptional patterns!

Barrette clips vary quite a bit in quality. I use only the highest quality French Barrette Clips on all my barrettes. They have proven themselves over time to be the best available.
