Genuine Baltic Amber Gemstone Barrette, Cocobolo Rosewood luxury hair clip

This elegant barrette is hand sculpted in beautiful Cocobolo Rosewood, known for its striking grain patterns and rich colors. Cocobolo is considered by some to be the most attractive of all the exotic woods and its one of my favorites.  A large genuine Baltic Amber gemstone in an elegant sterling silver setting completes this original heirloom quality original design.

This combination of Cocobolo and Amber is one we keep coming back to in our hair jewelry because they compliment each other so nicely!

Large: approx. 3 3/4" size of clip: 80mm / 3 1/4"    The most commonly used barrette size. Will work well for most hair types.! Photos are examples of wooden hair clips in specific wood types. Each is individually handmade and may have some slight variations in appearance.

Our barrettes are gallery quality. We use AAA premium materials: the world's finest sustainably sourced exotic and domestic hardwoods, precious metals and gem grade gemstones. Each piece is lovingly hand crafted one at a time in our northern Michigan studio.

We've been making wood barrettes for over 20 years. Our wooden barrettes are all made from SOLID wood.  **Never a thin layer of veneer over a cheaper base wood**
They are screwed not glued to the made in France clips for a strong, durable, mess free joint.

Barrette clips vary quite a bit in quality. I use only the highest quality French Barrette Clips on all my barrettes. They have proven themselves over time to be the best available.
